Large-sized LCD Backlight Solution Based on HME-M5/HME-HR Family FPGA

Based on M5/HR FPGA, HME BLU receives the backlight command sent from TV chip via SPI. BLU parsing instructions for parallel driving of multiple SELs and multiple SPIs, as well as driving LED Driver to light backlight.
