HME-M5 family device is integrated with an enhanced 8051 MCU and high-performance FPGA.
Based on HME-M5 single chip, CAP (Configurable Application Platform on chip) is ideal for hardware and embedded designers who need SoC solution, which gives more flexibility than traditional fixed-function microcontrollers. Meanwhile, it's more cost-efficient than FPGAs-without the excessive cost of soft processor cores on traditional FPGAs.
The M5-C series FPGA can be widely used in the areas such as industry, medical, communication system, consumer electronics, etc.
